Core Values
FAITH-BASED
Above all, it’s important to me that you know We Write it Now is a faith-based business. My faith has gotten me through many challenging times. It is my hope that if you are struggling, you will lean on and trust in Him, too.
INFLUENCE
When I found myself stuck in my own job search journey, I leaned on my network of recruiters and colleagues who gave me the guidance and support I needed to succeed. I am now blessed to be a positive INFLUENCE to others.
INSPIRE
Most people don’t enjoy the process of preparing for and finding a new role. Frankly, it can be a beatdown. The team at We Write It Now wants to be a source of INSPIRATION, not frustration. We strive not just for a positive outcome — but for you to have a little bit of fun along the way.
ENCOURAGE
A lot of people are uncomfortable bragging about themselves. Our goal is to help you realize your unique, exceptional value – and incorporate that narrative throughout all of your career documents.
~ Jeremiah 29:11: For I know the plans I have for you, plans to prosper you and not to harm you,
plans to give you hope and a future.
